What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
Unprofessional relationship between the HR Manager and the President is creating an uncomfortable atmosphere within the workplace. Witnessing pet names being exchanged between them, especially during town hall meetings, is highly inappropriate and creates an unprofessional work environment.
