Mr. Joseph F. Montalbano has been the Chief Operating Officer and Vice President of Matrix Service Co., since,May 2008. From 2002 to 2008, Mr. Montalbano served as the Senior Vice President of Senior Project Director Energy Sector of Black & Veatch and was responsible for all construction projects under his direction. Prior to working at Black & Veatch from 1972 to 2002, he served numerous project management roles with a national construction firm serving the energy sector. He has extensive engineering and construction experience in the global energy market including the power, petroleum and petrochemical industries. Mr. Montalbano holds Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering and Masters of Science in Electrical Engineering from Polytechnic Institute of Brooklyn. He also holds a Masters in Business Administration from New York Institute of Technology and is registered as a Professional Engineer in multiple states.

Mr. Jason W. Turner has been President of Matrix North American Holdings at Matrix North American Construction Ltd. since December 2013. Mr. Turner serves as President of matrix north american construction at Matrix Service Company. Mr. Turner served as Vice President of Corporate Development and Treasurer at Matrix North American Construction Ltd. from August 2012 to December 2013 and from August 2012 to December 2013 respectively and served as Vice President since May 2010 until August 2012. Mr. Turner served as Vice President and Treasurer at Matrix Service Co., from May 2010 to August 2012. Mr. Turner served as Director of Finance for Matrix North American Construction Ltd. from March 2006 to May 2010. Mr. Turner served as Vice President of Credit Products Officer for Bank of America. From May 1996 to February 2005, Mr. Turner held various positions with Gemstar-TV Guide including Vice President of Finance for TV Guide Networks. Prior to 1996, Mr. Turner worked for the Federal Reserve Bank and in commercial banking. Mr. Turner has a Bachelor of Science Degree in Finance from Oklahoma State University and an MBA from the University of Tulsa. Mr. Turner is a member of Financial Executives International and the National Investor Relations Institute. Mr. Turner has a Bachelor of Science Degree in Finance from Oklahoma State University and an MBA from the University of Tulsa.

Mr. Kevin S. Cavanah has been the Chief Financial Officer, Vice President of Finance and Secretary of Matrix Service Company since December 2010. Mr. Cavanah has been Treasurer at Matrix Service Company since December 2013. He served as Vice President and Chief Accounting Officer at Matrix Service Company since September 08, 2011. He served as the Principal Accounting Officer at Matrix Service Company since April 1, 2008 and Vice President of Accounting & Financial Reporting from August 2008 to December 2010. He served as Controller of Matrix Service Co. from April 1, 2003 to August 2008. Mr. Cavanah served as Chief Finance Officer of Matrix Service Co., from March 2008 to May 2008 and its Vice President of Accounting and Financial Reporting from August 2007 to March 31, 2008. He served as Accounting Manager of Williams Communications from 2001 to 2003 and also served as Accounting Manager of Williams Companies Inc., from 1998 to 2001. Prior to joining Williams, he served as Audit Manager of Ernst & Young LLP. Mr. Cavanah holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration and Accounting from the University of Arkansas. He is a Certified Public Accountant and is a Member of Financial Executives International.

Mr. James P. Ryan has been the President of Matrix Service Inc., since August 2005. Mr. Ryan served as the Chief Operating Officer of Matrix Service Inc. from October 1, 2004 to August 2005. Mr. Ryan served as Vice President of Western Operations at Matrix Service Inc. from joining in October 1999 to Oct 2004. Mr. Ryan served as Vice President of the Plant Services Division at Matrix Service Inc. since October 1999. Mr. Ryan was responsible for West Coast AST Operations, Turnarounds and Plant Maintenance operations. Mr. Ryan worked for Gibraltar Construction Company from January 1993 to September 1999, where he provided construction management services. Mr. Ryan has 23 years of construction related experience in the area of heavy industrial construction. Previous employers include MW Kellogg, Kiewit Industrial Co. and Hoffman Construction Company. Prior to employment with Matrix, Mr. Ryan provided independent consulting services to the Power industry. Mr. Ryan was a 1979 graduate from Purdue University degree in Civil Engineering.

Mr. Rick J. Bennett has been the Chief Information Officer and Vice President of Matrix Service Company since October 2014. Mr. Bennett served ten years as the Chief Information Officer at T.D. Williamson based in Tulsa, Oklahoma. His past professional achievements include Information Technology leadership positions at Blue Cross Blue Shield of Oklahoma, Blakely Crop Hail Insurance, National Farmers Organization, Taylor Ball Construction Management and The Principal Financial Group. Early in his career he served in the United States Navy as an Interior Communications Electrician. A father of three, Bennett serves as past-Chairman of the Board for Junior Achievement of Eastern Oklahoma and the Deans Council for Northeastern State University College of Business and Technology. He is currently enrolled at the University of Tulsa where he is pursuing a Masters of Energy Business (MEB) degree, has obtained an Executive Certificate from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT) Sloan School of Management and achieved his Bachelors of Business from Western Illinois University majoring in Management Information Systems and minoring in Computer Science.

Mr. Alan Updyke serves as a Senior Vice President of Operations at Matrix Service Company. Mr. Updyke has been Vice President of Construction for Matrix Service since July 2012. Prior to joining Matrix Service, Mr. Updyke worked the past 17 years with Brinderson, most recently as President of their Western Operations. In that role, Mr. Updyke was responsible for providing strategic leadership and management direction to four regional offices and all major capital construction projects. Before that, Mr. Updyke served in various management positions with Brinderson, including Chief Operating Officer, Executive Vice President, Vice President of Construction and Vice President of Business Development. Earlier in his career, he worked for Turner Industries for eight years as their West Coast Operations Manager and before that, got his start working on large construction projects across the U.S. for Fluor Daniel.

Kevin Cavanah serves as the Chief Financial Officer of Matrix Service Company. Kevin started at Matrix Service Company in December of 2010. Kevin currently resides in the Tulsa, Oklahoma Area.

Jason Neiser serves as the Director of Business Development for Turnarounds and Plant Services of Matrix Service Company. Jason started at Matrix Service Company in February of 2012. Jason currently resides in the Houston, Texas Area.
