I think more team building needs to happen instead of upper chain of command trying to pin us against each other. Even though they constantly make speeches about being a team. Leads should know and be able to do the jobs their team does. Stop giving people underdeserving multiple chances.
What did you like most about the interview process?
It was pretty laid back and we talked as we walked the facility.
What makes you most happy at work?
When everything flows smoothly and we are left to do our jobs without interference.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Overall keeping those employees under them up to date on company news and requirements. Poor leadership abilities and they are never around when needed.
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
We need better more competent leaders. One's that actually show up and are part of each shifts team instead of only showing their face a few times a week.
What are some of the best things about your team?
At first our team didn't get along nor work together very productively. However we have grown as a team and we all have each other's back and work flow shows it.
