  • The team is functional and everyone is dedicated, however the management team is lost overall with one or two managers that understand. Ops and Dev teams aren't on the same page and there is some hostility at times. The technology we have us old and out dated with most apps around 10-15 years old. There is no lifecycle management to speak of. Overall it's ok though. Just have low expectations and your set ;)
