For me it was great. I always worked for amazing managers who had an open door policy. They also were good about arranging quarterly touch point meetings to discuss my performance, professional development plan, or anything on my mind.

I separated from the company after a very long work history, electing to not move with the organization to TX. The decision to leave was one of the hardest things I've ever done.

Work is demanding but I still found time for me, my friends, and family.

I was very challenged but always engaged. Its a high performing organization so performance expectations are high. I also had wonderful managers which is so critical to creating a healthy and prosperous work environment for individuals.

Morale was hit hard with the new headquarters being relocated from California to TX, but I would expect that to rebound quickly. I always had so much pride when I worked for them and that's gold in terms of productivity, engagement, and loyalty.

New campus is Plano, TX is state of the art. Very open to encourage collaboration and teamwork across the various teams, departments, and business units.

I had three interviews followed by a written exercise which took 6 hours. I arrived at 8:00AM and finished around 2:30 but they did pay for my lunch.
