My customer base, they are some really great customers who have a high amount of respect for the job I do for them.
What are some of the best things about your team?
They all were money hungry and very well compensated for their work. Which made my job much easier to do.

I answered to only 1 person, otherwise everyone answered to me.

Help to complete all work and sales I've taken in, in a timely manner.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I virtualy took a business that was making 15000/mo. To 60000/mo. After 3yrs I asked to renegotiate my salary and I was told no my salary is my salary. It should have increased annually with consideration for my gross sales gains.
