Humble. Down to earth. Unbelievably approachable. And bloody brilliant at their work.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
I've never had a variable component and enjoyed the fact that it was variable. So, this is a first.
What did you like most about the interview process?
It was on point. I've never been interviewed before where not once did the interviewer waste any time. Each question was thoughtful, each challenge relevant, and each interview round challenging. I was constantly on my toes, and that's a good thing
What are some of the best things about your team?
They are like my family. Who else has your back better than family? I love the fact that they always try to bring out the best in me. Never has anyone said a single thing negative, even about each other. Feedback is given in a manner that encourages the employee to improve in those areas.
