The CEO is the captain, lives and breathes the spirit of mindtickle, that has brought all the results, and can continue to take it further too. Business challenges demanded a new executive team, who are demotional, detached and can deliver stronger results. They are and will be the problem.
They are down to earth, humble, and connect with the company as colleagues, which make them approachable and at the same time we know and care for the vision too.
They are open and transparent. Which I love the most in our leadership team

Approachable, flexible, the founder group are extremely good people. Some of the new leaders are taking time to fit into the culture, the earlier leaders need to ensure they assist them to fit in.
The leadership is humble and amicable, they are always "available to talk" in the truest sense of this phrase. They would recognise almost everyone if not all in the company and talk to them as if just another long time friend.
