What do you like best about the leadership team?
The Mindtickle leadership team is the most transparent that I have ever experienced. From strategizing with KG (CEO) to engaging with our CRO on creative ways to expand the business; everyone is willing to roll up their sleeves to support our customers and engage w/prospects to join the MT family.

My manager and the leadership team look to support their staff in the most positive ways. As an employee, I strive to be better every day and my manager provides me insight on how to improve and provides praise at the right time.

I describe it as "humble confidence." Everyone I've interacted with has appeared both humble and open to ideas for continuous improvement yet confident in the outcomes we deliver for our clients. They are approachable, focused when it's important and flexible in approaching new problems.

What is the best part about your compensation package?
The compensation is the best that I've seen for sales; really great way to incentivize us to grow the business (and have fun doing it). I've said before; this was the first comp plan I've been excited about signing...ever.

What are some of the best things about your team?
Let's be honest, sometimes there are meetings that could have been solved with an email, but overall, I have found that everyone strives to be cognizant of each other's time and be respectful of time away from work.

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The MindTickle culture is a winning culture, but not to the point of winning at all costs. Through coaching, mentoring, and support they put their employees in the best position to win and /or learn from their losses

There is a focus of work/life balance articulated from the top. I never feel like I 'must put in' a certain number of hours each day; rather, I focus my time efficiently to support all business critical needs and when I sign off for the day or weekend, I can relax and not think about work.

What did you like most about the interview process?
My interview process was a bit arduous, but I've heard from others that theirs wasn't. Overall, I was comfortable with the fact that MT wanted to ensure I was the right fit, as I wanted the same thing.

My first interview was with the Chief Revenue Officer of the company - Imagine my surprise when the CRO shows up for the first interview.

What makes you most happy at work?
I love that when I ask for help, there is always someone there to help. Not every day is perfect, but I know that if there are issues, I know who I can go to and get stuff done.
