Ms. Susan S. Boren has been a Managing Partner of Minneapolis office of Spencer Stuart, an executive search firm, since May 2001. Prior to 2001, Ms. Boren served as a Principal of the Minneapolis office since May 2000. Prior to 1998, she served as the President of Trillium Advisors, Inc., a firm she founded in 1996 to advice executives and boards on the strategic integration of leadership, governance and organizational values. From 1981 to 1995, she served as an Executive of Dayton Hudson Corporation in financial, human resources and operating roles.
