Ms. Susan S. Boren has been a Managing Partner of Minneapolis office of Spencer Stuart, an executive search firm, since May 2001. Prior to 2001, Ms. Boren served as a Principal of the Minneapolis office since May 2000. Prior to 1998, she served as the President of Trillium Advisors, Inc., a firm she founded in 1996 to advice executives and boards on the strategic integration of leadership, governance and organizational values. From 1981 to 1995, she served as an Executive of Dayton Hudson Corporation in financial, human resources and operating roles. Ms. Boren served as a Lead Director of Valspar Corp. until February 18, 2010. Ms. Boren has been a Director of Spencer Stuart since May 1998 and RBC Dain Rauscher Corp., since 1993. She serves as Trustee of Minnesota Public Radio. She served as a Director of Minneapolis office of Spencer Stuart from May 1998 to May 2000. She served as a Director of Valspar Corp., from 1991 to February 18, 2010.
