My team is always willing to communicate and come together to push for change, especially when we are being treated unfairly. We also work together and aim to contribute to the success of our team and the company.
Literally everything. They fire entire departments without notice, avoid delegation at all costs, and insert their terrible ideas into every convo rather than letting the actual professionals do their job. Don't hire managers if you won't allow them to manage. Also, pay your people their worth.
My position, in addition to every other position within the company, most likely, is undervalued. Therefore we are underpaid. When compared to the industry standard, I am vastly underpaid in my position, both regionally and nationally. And the CEO would rather change titles than pay people fairly.
What makes me most happy is the fact that the job is 100% remote. A good work-life balance is important to me, but so is having a capable and intelligent CEO who knows how to run a business. Additionally, being paid a fair wage would have made me happier.
