Hiring process made me wanted to work for modells. Management at green acres forcing me to resign. It disheartening, that Jose Ovalle the manager don't want me there anymore because i go against his policy of bullying these young adults. Upper management need to look into that.

Most of the sales associates are HS and college kids. Most of them have a very bright future
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Need to have sensitivity training and better leadership. The managers they have working there now are not leadership. They are more like dictators.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
Need to work on educating managers on how to deal with their employees. I don't like how they talk to them. It's like working for a dictator
