the environment is nice (morning shift people), great coz we get to bond once in awhile because of Thursday lunches, we have a great direct supervisor/mentor, it's just that i feel like i have the lowest pay or i'm not paid enough

they are good people and we get to understand each other well
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
most of us in our team doesn't have a direct experience that is related to the job, the salary of an employee is based on his/her previous company (mostly,call center agents has high pay) they have higher pay compared to us even if they only had a call center experience, so i find it quite unfair
