Higher pay. Benefits must be for all employees, not just regular employees. It would be appreciated if all have a health card even for new hires. There is also no grace time for clock in, too rigid.

Because we feel like our department is the least appreciated department of all just because we do the easier task, that doesn't mean we don't have loads of it, the other departments pass their task to us without our consent, and we cant do anything about it since they are our heads

The leadership team makes decisions at times that aren't aligned with the companies core values. That creates a lack of personal accountability throughout the organization. It would be nice to see everyone strive for excellence instead of cutting corners.
We need to say no to more things and get more hands. Usually asking for help ends up in more work being added instead of work being taken away.
