We aim one goal which is to provide good customer service experience to our clients.
What makes you most happy at work?
Freedom of doing everything as long as it won't violate the laws and of course the benefit of having free food weekly.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
It would make me feel better to have an increase on my pay since I guess I have the lowest pay on my department and we have similar task.
