Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I haven't received enough pay raise when it was promised to be given at a certain time. Hopefully, the next pay raise is fair enough.

This is purely a personal opinion since I took a pay cut joining the company. So I'm just being honest about it. But I think for the most, the compensation seems fair.
