Company itself is really a great place to work. Onshore leadership and management are supportive with their employees. One that needs improvement though is the offshore management and leadership. It's best if the company will invest training for leads and managers on proper resource management, etc.

I can't think of any but I can state some points for area's to improve on: - proper communication and hand over of tasks - collaboration
