What is the best part about your compensation package?
Knowing that during the pandemic, I had full benefits that covered all test. Never had an issue with dental/vision/doctor visits.
What are some of the best things about your team?
Working w/ my team I have met many different, great people of all races/ages. Our team is so diverse, just like the rest of the company. Learn a little from every single one of them!
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The culture always has been great, interacting with people from all over. Now I am meeting new people in other territories of the country from Texas to California. I love meeting new people, from different areas!
What did you like most about the interview process?
The interviewer made me feel like family right away. I was offered a beverage, shown around the office, and met with some important people. They treated me as if I was an employee for years during my first visit!
What makes you most happy at work?
Being able to make customers happy through the sales reps. Saving them money, and helping the environment at the same time! I also enjoy logging on, and having great communication with the rest of my team! Makes the day fly by!
What do you like best about the leadership team?
I never have an issue reaching the leaders/managers. I always have a way to reach the leaders I am looking for. Communication is great, all the way up to the executives(when we were in office.) Couldn't ask for better people to lead this company!
