What do you like best about the leadership team?
Everyone is open to feedback and new ideas. Everyone is open and flexible to change that will help the business grow.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
My pay is not on par with average salaries by title or location. The business does not do a good job of recognition outside of sales.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
I like the new leadership team that the company has brought in. Everyone is excited for growth and ready to think outside the box and tackle big problems related to growth and expansion.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I don't think the company has quite figured out the right balance after Covid/return to work. I think because the company has penny-pinched for so long they don't know how to properly pay existing employees to industry standard.
