When a client picks up the phone and is willing to have a conversation. Not only is it good for business, but also it continues to improve my ability to handle objections and further improve my pitch.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Ability to laugh throughout the day and bring each other's moods up. When one team member is struggling the office is always proactive at being there for that coworker and making them feel encouraged and excited to continue the day.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Consistent Check-Ins with their employees and their progress. It is obvious that leadership in this company cares about their employees successes and they not only do their job but also taking additional steps to make sure that their employees are successful at Monex and have what they need for that
