company activities such as Friday lunches and other events.

they seem to be very transparent and provide us with company information

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

there are clear steps for compensation, unfortunately those are sometimes overlooked for the "good of the business"

What are some of the best things about your team?

I have a manager that supports me and my efforts and clearly has my best interests in hand.

What's going wrong and how can it be improved?

this is a difficult job but management is more concerned with their IPO rather than paying its employees what they deserve
