I think that overall people respects each others work

collaboration and caring about others in my specific team, overall I would say we respect each others work
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I think that is commissions are much lower now, the base salary should be aligned with what other companies are offering.
What makes you most happy at work?
I am very committed to work, so I feel a sense of accomplishment when I get things done that will benefit me, my clients, and the company and my team members of course.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
They are very committed to the company goals and sometimes that does not align with our goals as employees and persons. In my role they slashed the variable compensation structure while not being as competitive on the base salary front as competitors and people can get discouraged
