Motivosity is the best company I've ever been at - and I've been at a lot of other companies. Each one lacked in some area or another - MV has the entire package and I'm lucky to be a part of it!

They are really down to earth and focused on making the company better. Very approachable and easy to work with.

Very approachable and down-to-earth. They aren't above getting their hands dirty and doing real work instead of delegating everything, as I've seen before.

The excitement and camaraderie I feel when working with others. Everyone is here to help the others and the company as a whole succeed.

Very open and transparent. I don't get questioned when I want to take some time off. I enjoy good health and other benefits as well.

Being in a place that shares my values and lets employees come in and doesn't force you to stay home or work from home (Covid) like others.
