Briefly describe your overall experience at your company
I knew I wanted to work for MV the second I saw it. The product for me sold me. Once joining, I knew I was in the right place. My previous experience was so poor and it was scary coming in, but I am so grateful I joined this team and hope I can stay with MV as long as possible. Ride of Die.

We are a group of people who value honesty, but also, appreciate each individual and take everything for where it comes from.

They are real people who make an effort to make REAL relationships with us. I feel truly like a part of a family.

Family. I feel loved, seen, valued and appreciated even when firm action of feedback is given if necessary. It comes from a place of love.

I LOVE MY FREINDS! I came here with no friends at all, and quickly feel my people are truly some of my most fun relationships. I'm grateful for my team and the bond we have.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
I feel our company lives in a spirit of honesty. I feel we trust each other enough to be upfront yet not malicious with one another. There is a level of trust within our culture that makes it so safe and comfortable to be there.
What makes you most happy at work?
I love MV. I love our product. I love the people we get to connect with, and the wholesome nature of us truly trying to change workplace culture. Our team is hysterical and fun. I feel like they're truly my family and some of my closest friends in only a 4 month time period. It's bananas.
