Everyone seems to be kind and friendly to each other while striving to work hard and build each other up.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Leadership consists of great people, but they still tend to act like typical managers. Probably slightly better than the average manager/executive, but nothing out of the ordinary. It's still a business at the end of the day with regular people trying to push to make the company more money.
