Was a rough start. Felt like there was a lot of over promise, under deliver. Over the last 6 months or so there have been a lot of changes, but those changes have helped get us to now, which is one of the best environments I've ever worked in.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
I mean, Health Care is above and beyond. What a world to live in!
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Everyone is very approachable and willing to help in any situation. Nobody feels too busy to help.
What did you like most about the interview process?
For the sales role it was very effective. I interviewed for a different role once and it was a long process that felt over the top and not necessary, but my sales interview process was real nice.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Everyone is there to help. I legitimately know that if I have a question about something, I feel comfortable walking up to anyone in the office and know that if they don't have the answer, they'll be able to guide me to whoever does.
What are some of the best things about your team?
Where we are now is a nice mesh of work hard, play hard. Really love that some days I feel like I am leading the charge in working hard, then can come in the next day and feel like I have to push myself to keep up. Wonderful folks all around!
