I like being able to have my salary and opportunities for commission and bonus

My team and manager are great! I feel connected to people. I also have found a healthy amount of challenging work. I am growing and learning in good ways!
What did you like most about the interview process?
I liked being able to meet the team I was going to work with and not just my manager. It was super helpful to understand the dynamic of the team I would be joining.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
The leadership team is highly-engaged in the success of the company. I love the executive is accessible to everyone. A brand-new employee can easily access the executive to ask questions and share thoughts or opinions.
What are some of the best things about your team?
I like that our team is energetic and engaged. I think people on the team complement each other well. I am on a team where it is hard to picture someone not on the team.
