It has been great. Love the passion everyone brings to their job every day. Challenges like everywhere you go but seem to get to a solution quickly here.

There are many things that go into a smaller company to make it the best place to be for personal, professional reasons. There are also some things that are tough to swallow when it comes to decisions being made and communication that happen here. But, the level of communication needs to be better.

At times suggestions fall on deaf ears.
