Employee morale is low due to lack of leadership, psychological gas lighting, manipulation and lies, and one manager is a bully that causes many people to resign from their positions.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
It's a start-up, so you expect compensation to be less than the norm, but this company is too stingy, partly due to mismanagement of funds and product development.
