Mr. Ross Rankin Moody has been the President of National Western Life Group, Inc. (formerly National Western Life Insurance Company) since 1992 and Chief Executive Officer since March 14, 2016. Mr. Moody served as Chief Operating Officer of National Western Life Group, Inc. (formerly National Western Life Insurance Company) since 1992 and its Interim Chief Executive Officer from June 2015 to March 14, 2016. He served as an Officer of National Western Life Insurance Co's wholly owned subsidiaries, The Westcap Corporation, NWL Investments, Inc., NWL Financial, Inc., NWL Services, Inc., Regent Care Limited Partner, Inc., and Regent Care Operations Limited Partner, Inc. He served as an Officer of Westcap Holdings, LLC, a limited liability company, whose Sole Member is The Westcap Corporation. He has been the Chairman of National Western Life Group, Inc. since March 14, 2016 and has been its Director since 1981. He has been Chairman of American National Insurance Company since April 28, 2017 and has been its Director since November 3, 2016. He serves as a Trustee of Moody Foundation. Mrs. Kitty Kennedy Nelson has been President and Chief Operating Officer of National Western Life Group, Inc. since October 2016 and served as its Chief Actuary and Senior Vice President since January 1, 2013 until September 2016. Mrs. Nelson joined National Western Life Group in November 2002 and served as its Vice President of Valuation Actuary.

Ms. Patricia Lubar Scheuer has been the Chief Investment Officer and Senior Vice President of National Western Life Group, Inc. (formerly National Western Life Insurance Company) since 1992. Ms. Scheuer served as a Fixed Income Manager for Texas Permanent School Fund from February 1988 to August 1992, a Senior Financial Analyst for Public Utility Commission of Texas from December 1984 to February 1988 and Management Consultant for Deloitte Haskins & Sells from July 1983 to November 1984.

Mr. Brian Mark Pribyl has been the Chief Financial Officer, Senior Vice President and Treasurer of National Western Life Group, Inc. (formerly National Western Life Insurance Company) since 2001. Mr. Pribyl served as the Chief Administrative Officer of National Western Life Group, Inc. from 2001 to May 2009. He served as Chief Financial Officer, Executive Vice President, Treasurer and Secretary of Interstate Assurance Company from July 1990 to April 2001. Mr. Pribyl served as an Audit Manager of Price Waterhouse from 1983 to 1990.
