nativo is a great place to work, but as much as I enjoy working at nativo there are always going to be cons. for me is that I do not have career advancement discussions nor talks about my compensation

we are close-knit and get along well. easy going and friendly
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I do not think my salary should be capped or at least give me more of an incentive to outproduce my goals.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
We are autonomous. People can do their work in whatever manner they please. The goal is to get your work done and succeed. Thus, the company succeeds
What makes you most happy at work?
my freedom to work how I please. i am able to get things done throughout the day because I how much time and effort I need to put into my job. as long as I can hit my goals, I can work however I want to
