Coworkers can improve when company eliminates all the manual processes that make it difficult to be successful or staff to manage the demands
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
They need to follow their own code of conduct policies and follow through on finishing projects to improve conditions. They under staff so environment is extremely stressful and there is no where to grow, they blame employees for conditions they create. Life balance doesn't exist.
