What did you like most about the interview process?
The interview process was collaborative and took culture-fit into consideration, which many other interviews never did. I met with managers, co-workers, and even staff members I may not work closely with on projects, in an effort to get a 360 view of the organization.
What makes you most happy at work?
I know that even on the toughest, most demanding days, the work our organization and networks does is making a positive difference in the world. We challenge the status quo and drive real change and impact. The people I work with also make going to work fun and rewarding.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Net Impact is always looking to improve and foster a positive and supportive culture and environment. An open and flexible work space helps to foster productivity and creativity how, when, and where the staff needs.
