Colleagues were nice people. With leadership not willing to invest in people though, many were frustrated and eventually left.

What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Building a reputation in the local market and investing in the local team. They tried to employ a "set it and forget it" approach to the United States operation.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Equity options were promised at hiring but never delivered upon. It was a classic bait and switch. Compensation in all departments is significantly below market rate for the area.
