We work well together with a great team of people that are always willing to pitch in and help.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Payscale is not a good tool for determining compensation. Younger workers are underpaid regardless of their actual job duties.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Leadership's vision for where the company needs to go and goals for what they need to do to increase employee engagement and satisfaction.
What makes you most happy at work?
We are great at giving one another positive feedback! People really go out of their way to tell you when you've done good, at least in my experience.
