Positive. I cam from a toxic culture of leaders who loved power. The leaders here are friendly and make it a point to get to know you. My first day of work the C Level exec's all took me out to lunch to get to know me. That's going above and beyond to making someone feel welcome.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
Benefits are extremely affordable and offer great coverage. Bonuses are a bonus ;)
What did you like most about the interview process?
It was quick and efficient. There were follow ups and I never needed to reach out to know the status. They're quick to hire
What do you like best about the leadership team?
I love the accountability within the leadership team. They're team players and always willing to lend a helping hand, even if it's "below their pay grade" They truly want everyone to succeed and set us up to do just that.
What are some of the best things about your team?
We don't have meetings just to have meetings. We make sure that if they become monotonous, that we change things up to make them beneficial. We study and learn together as a team to grow personally, and use those skills within the work place.
What makes you most happy at work?
It's not a toxic environment. I'm not worried about a boss demanding me to do anything. They lay out the work and leave it up to you to finish it. It's not babysitting. They trust you and it drives us to keep that trust. I feel like everyone is a friend to everyone, here.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
We love parties. Even during Covid we've managed to hold some sort of party to recognize, or a party for Christmas, etc. (obeying the regulations) Just to keep the spirits high. The CEO has me schedule time to meet with every employee per year to get to know them better or to catch up. I love that!
