What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Positivity and encouragement, there is always someone willing to help.
The willingness to always improve, but that the mental state of mind is A1.
though we may have arguments and disagree. We are all happy to be working with the people that work at Nexio.
The judgemental feeling you get from other corporate positions doesn't exist here. Everybody performs an important role, and everyone is valued.
having the monthly lunches where there is someone who gives leadership training.
Everyone is quick to praise achievements! And I feel accepted by everyone. I have managed to make friends in every department.
The value and investment they make in their employees.
We love parties. Even during Covid we've managed to hold some sort of party to recognize, or a party for Christmas, etc. (obeying the regulations) Just to keep the spirits high. The CEO has me schedule time to meet with every employee per year to get to know them better or to catch up. I love that!

Nobody gets burned at the stake. Everyone makes mistakes. When something goes wrong, we do a great job of ensuring everyone that they won't be fired for the mistake. Just let others know what happened to the best of your knowledge so we can fix it.

Leaders show genuine concern for individual employees. Leaders are sensitive to needs of individuals as well as teams.
The "family" feel the management team have created makes it feel as though everyone is here to improve their individual aspects within the company, not just to receive a paycheck. That's a difficult thing to accomplish, but they've done it somehow.
