What did you like most about the interview process?

I enjoyed the communication with my future management team.

I loved how they asked personal and professional questions that motivated me not just for the work life, but for my personal life as well. After the interview was done I had walked away wanting to be better all around whether I got the job or not.

I felt super comfortable around them from the beginning.

Not only do we take your work experience into consideration, but we also like to hire people we think fit well with our culture.

I felt relaxed and the interview was transparent.

Two people were there for the interview and it felt more like a conversation.

It was quick and efficient. There were follow ups and I never needed to reach out to know the status. They're quick to hire

It's hard to tell how good a developer is at coding with an interview. Essentially, anyone who can talk the talk gets a 6 week chance to walk the walk. Far easier to evaluate their skill with a no risk trial period.

Direct Supervisor was very knowledgeable about the Risk duties as he had done them previously. Its always better when your boss understands the ins and outs of your specific duties and not just there to supervise/babysit

The interviewer made the setting comfortable but asked relevant questions to determine the fit.

Although the position "required" a degree, I could easily tell that they were more concerned about personality and "fit" for the specific position than they were about the actual degree. Culture is key here, and interviewing made that clear.

During the interview several people came to great me. Later on I learned that the President of the company was one that came in to meet me. If the president was concerned about a call representative in their company I knew it would be a great place to work for.

I got to meet all the team members I would be working with. The interview was less formal then I expected but more beneficial than other more formal interviews I have had. I got to meet the executives during my interview which made it feel much more personable.

What would you improve about your company's interview process?

Quicker feedback when decisions are made either to hire or not to hire someone. Also, sticking with interviews with the team instead of other departments that are unrelated to the job would be nice.
