What do you like best about the leadership team?

Actively growing and encouraging employees to be their best.

Everyone who is part of the leadership team leads the way they expect others to be. They never ask us to do things that they would never do and I love that.

They truly care about my well being and not just me as an employee.

The leadership team is understanding, and friendly. Not once have I felt insignificant to higher management or other positions. The value they create for each individual is unmatched.

They want to welcome everyone's ideas to grow a better company.

They take accountability for their actions, but don't enforce harsh punishments on employees when they make mistakes. I feel like they really want everyone to succeed and become leaders one day. Every first Friday, they host a leadership training that anyone can attend.

Their willingness to help you grow in your career.

I love the accountability within the leadership team. They're team players and always willing to lend a helping hand, even if it's "below their pay grade" They truly want everyone to succeed and set us up to do just that.

I feel as though the leaders within CMS sincerely listen to the needs of their employees and want to help. The executive team members know the employees by name. I find my boss regularly in my office asking me about my personal life and not to talk just about work. It is different from other jobs.
