I have been doing this particular job for over 20 years, and the experience at NTT Data ranks among the poorest work environments I have had the "pleasure" of being a part of. NTT Data merged with a company that had merged with another company and took over.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
There is none that I can ascertain.
What would you improve about your company's interview process?
More in person, less distracted "Zoom" calls!
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
They become dependent on the best producer in the department, so much of their time is spent avoiding being productive.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
The PTO is fair, however, scheduling time off becomes incredibly difficult when there is never enough staff available to compensate for the time one is gone.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
there is very little appreciation for a job well done. Haphazard and low productivity isn't dealt with, and that leaves the necessity of keeping up with demand on the shoulders of a few.
