Work-life balance is important to the culture at OBS. I feel that my leaders and managers care about my fulfillment and happiness with my job.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
The ability to make commissions on projects I have participated in when a client re-signs. I have never gotten that at previous companies. My management considers my role as critical for clients being happy and coming back for more work. and the commission benefit proves that point.
