People are energetic, have a good attitude, looking to deliver the best they can.
What makes you most happy at work?
I like to tackle fairly large projects with a good plan and an enthusiastic team.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Leadership team is always seeking to be better. They do this by seeking out other leaders in the industry and attracting them to Online. They use their experience to make themselvese and Online better.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
The RSP matching plan is turning out to be pretty good. Having Canada Life manage this and a straightforward method for saving/matching make it work. Previous attempts with shares and options and vesting were confusing and did not seem to amount to much.
What are some of the best things about your team?
Onliners are hardworking, honest and always willing to give their best. I generally do not get to work with other Onliners as I tend to be put on projects as an augmentation to the client team. Whenever I do get to work directly with other Onliners it is almost always an excellent experience.
