The overall benefits package is very comprehensive. Having worked for Fortune 5 companies and also this one I think that the employee gets much better value for their money here
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
My segment of the organization is filled with people who I would consider to be doers. Instead of making excuses about roadblocks in front of them they all get things done
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Some members of the executive team are more directly involved with the front lines than others. The ones that are engaged have teams that consistently outperform the rest of the business. My hope is that these stronger executives are able to lift the performance of the others
