I have a gas leak which I reported3 times, each time they come out and note it but nothing changes. I am paying for my gas to leak. They cancelled two appoinments, customer service is very polite and try to help but nothing is being resolved!
Stop making up prices and having elderly customers fight for competitive rates.
Nothing no team. They work against each other
I have enjoyed working at the organization - fast pace environment but a ton of growth potential!

How do I do well in an interview at Paraco Gas?
Told you already- tell them you are willing to work very hard
let them know you are not afraid of hard work
tell them what they want to hear, you will get hired immediately
What do people at Paraco Gas think about the CEO? What do they do well and what can they improve?
not much at all. All he cares about is money for himself (and daughter). COO just left and he let go of a great Ops guy who was making changes. Then a bunch of others bailed because they did not trust him
feel less lead by CEO and more by new executive team

They are a mess- they had a great HR leader who they forced out a couple of months ago. She connected with the workforce and was smart. Hopefully this new person works out for us

Everyone there was very helpful to do what they could for you/ the main problem was they were too busy to really be helpful. Great people but mgmt was not inclusive
