- What's going wrong and how can it be improved?I explained it already. People do not trust executive team. Head of marketing was fired the day she came back from vacation for no reason at all. Its very secretive and not they have the daughter running a bunch of functions she is not qualified to do
- What needs to change to make the company culture better?I am not sure that can happen! Too much nepotism and people are looking over their back instead of trying to get stuff done. I talk to a lot of my co-workers and they (and I) just don't trust the top
