the ability to get things done with out having to go through red tape. mid size company but very entrepreneurial

What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
I explained it already. People do not trust executive team. Head of marketing was fired the day she came back from vacation for no reason at all. Its very secretive and not they have the daughter running a bunch of functions she is not qualified to do
