Some members of the executive team are more directly involved with the front lines than others. The ones that are engaged have teams that consistently outperform the rest of the business. My hope is that these stronger executives are able to lift the performance of the others

communication, transparency, ethics, treat people right! New CFO thinks he is running the company and there is obvious conflict with him and VP of Ops! very disorganized! was heading in right direction until Joe got rid of everyone

supportive environment, many long term employees

We have a very inclusive culture. Everyone's opinions are valued, we celebrate milestones and spotlight employees. We receive tokens of appreciation such as brownies, gift cards and swag.
My segment of the organization is filled with people who I would consider to be doers. Instead of making excuses about roadblocks in front of them they all get things done
How various departments have eachothers back.
The encouragement of self-development really shows they are invested in their people.
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
I am not sure that can happen! Too much nepotism and people are looking over their back instead of trying to get stuff done. I talk to a lot of my co-workers and they (and I) just don't trust the top

What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
I explained it already. People do not trust executive team. Head of marketing was fired the day she came back from vacation for no reason at all. Its very secretive and not they have the daughter running a bunch of functions she is not qualified to do
