What do you like best about the leadership team?
At the site level, the administrators are easy to talk to, and they are pretty accessible.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
I have full coverage for dental, vision, medical, and psychiatry. I get 10 days of extra vacation that I do not have to use each year.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The students are the most positive part. Sure, sometimes they are challenging, but they are children trying to find his or her way.

There are cliques, and I do not like that. Because I do not like that, I stay to myself.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
Parents do not seem to like the teachers over all. They say that we are lazy. I think they should visit and see what we do.
