I have just rounded out my first year at Penrod and it has been nothing short of fantastic. I truly feel supported not only by my direct manager but also the executive of Penrod. We are constantly evolving and finding improvements that just enhance our client & employee experiences.

Collaboration, flexibility, teamwork, willingness to work through problems in an efficient way. We also have a lot of fun together

The multiple stakeholders you meet when going through the process and their vetting of people based on skill, culture, etc.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
You are given the flexibility to work when it makes sense based on your schedule but show up prepared for the meetings you have.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
The transparency around the company, where we are going, the challenges we have faced, and the roadmap to get where we want to be in 5 years.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I think the level of detail, time consumption, and management of expectations in regards to internal and clients is extremely demanding and would be compensated higher at other organizations.
